Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
We ship our products worldwide, and if your order totals over $300, the shipping is on us! Your order will be sent from one of our warehouses in the US, UK, Europe, or internationally, depending on your location. This way, we ensure you get your order as swiftly as possible.
We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours, delivering them to you in discreet packaging. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, expect to receive your order within 2-10 business days.
Refund Eligibility:
- We diligently track your shipment to guarantee it reaches you. If your shipment doesn’t arrive within 10 days, we promise a 100% refund.
- We stand by our products. If your shipment arrives damaged, snap a picture of the item with a date next to it, and we’ll provide a full refund.
- Please note that we do not issue refunds for change of mind post-purchase.
- Refunds won’t be granted if the product appears used or tampered with before providing a picture of the damaged item.
- Shipment claims without reported damages within five days are considered non-refundable.
Reshipment and Partial Refunds:
- Should you prefer a reshipment over a refund, feel free to request it, and we’ll cover the shipping costs.
- In cases where only a few items from a multiple-item order arrive damaged, we’ll refund the affected items, excluding the shipping fee.
- For partially delivered orders, items not received will be refunded, except for the shipping fee.
- If your complete order was damaged or undelivered, we’ll refund both the damaged items and the shipping fee.
Refund Process:
- For Western Union refunds, email us your name and location. Once processed, we’ll email you an MCTN number, covering fees and shipping costs.
- Bitcoin refunds will be sent to your wallet address in the equivalent dollar amount.
