How do I change my order?

After you have paid for the order, it is no longer possible to add additional items or change an item. You can always place a new order, but then you pay shipping costs for the new order as well. Orders that are pending payment can be canceled directly from the Orders tab.

What if I can’t find a specific product on your site?

If you can't find a product, send us an email. Most products are available but may not be listed in order.

How long will the process take from placing an order to receiving the package?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. US orders can expect delivery within 24 hours to 2 business days depending on the delivery method you choose. While International orders can expect delivery within 2 - 5 business days depending on the shipping method you choose.

I only received part of my order, what do I do?

Occasionally, orders are split into multiple shipments due to the size of the order or availability of inventory. Tracking is always provided for both shipments.
